Roughly translated, the name means ‘Pimp Grade’, and isn’t a strain in the true sense of the word – this best-selling and much-favored variety of Kratom is actually a blend of strains which have been given the name as a way to make it stand out.
Green Maeng Da is a hybrid Kratom which has been made by growing both white and green together – the addition of the white veined Kratom ensures a potent blend with a higher concentration of alkaloids than any other strain. Using a technique called grafting, different plants are melded together to form a new plant – with this method a ‘designer’ plant can be grown because various properties from each plant can be integrated to produce exactly the right strength and potency.
