All orders will receive a confirmation email of the order being placed, and a shipment confirmation email the next business day containing your tracking number.
Upon receiving your shipment confirmation email, please allow USPS up to 24 hours to update their online tracking system.
We do not ship to, nor accept orders from anyone in: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Wisconsin, Vermont, Rhode Island, Washington D.C., Sarasota County – FL, San Diego & Oceanside – CA, Alton & Jerseville – IL, Columbus & Union County – MS, and Denver – CO.
We unfortunately are not shipping internationally at the moment.

MISSING & DAMAGED PACKAGES
If you are missing an item, please contact us and we will send out a replacement immediately free or charge. If your package was damaged in transit to your shipping address, we will gladly file a claim and make sure you are left with your order and most importantly satisfied with our customer service.
